Description
In your role, you enable Marketo production users to build their Marketo Programs effectively by developing best-in-class templates for Adobe Marketo programs, emails, and landing pages that can be easily utilized. You understand how to leverage personalization tools, and functionality such as trigger-based email programs can increase engagement in our platforms. You continuously improve operational data flows including consent management, scoring, multi-touch attribution, data hygiene, and segmentation. Your familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS will ensure the successful configuration, implementation, and maintenance of all marketing programs and templates within Adobe Marketo.  Your responsibilities include maintaining documentation, providing training, and troubleshooting, as well as executing overall process improvements, data enhancement initiatives, and rolling out new functionalities in our overall marketing technology while ensuring compliance with data privacy and other legal requirements.  You act as the marketing automation technology champion and automation strategist with a deep understanding of how Adobe Marketo and other marketing technology integrate into the overall Commercial Technology portfolio. You work cross-functionally across the organization to define marketing and sales processes and architect systems.  You understand how CRM, Data Warehouses, Web, Chat, Webinars, Live Events, Tradeshows, Digital Advertising, Social, and other channels and data sources play together. You understand Account Based Marketing tools (i.e. Demandbase) work, and how to leverage personalization within the tools. You understand how to improve customer engagement and experience across the entire customer lifecycle in a business-to-business context besides lead generation and have an understanding of how technology can best support account-based marketing (ABM) activities.  We are looking for not only a subject matter expert in marketing automation but also a professional with business process experience in applying technology to bring about improvements and resolutions.  You are part of our Commercial Technology team working closely with marketing, sales, and business leadership to create the best possible efficiency gains using state-of-the-art technology and business modeling.
