SUMMARY

As a Senior Marketing Technology Manager you’ll drive the design, implementation, and optimization of our end-to-end Martech ecosystem.
In this role, you will lead the integration of tools, data, and automation to support scalable, data-informed marketing programs that fuel pipeline growth and overall marketing ROI. You’ll be responsible for defining requirements, assessing and selecting vendors, designing integrated solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Martech stack.
As a key partner to Marketing, Sales, and IT, you will play a critical role in enhancing customer engagement and campaign performance across our business.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of experience managing MarTech stacks, ideally in global B2B organizations.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot and Salesforce; familiarity with tools like Demandbase a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of Martech platforms and tools (CRM, CDP, CMS, Marketing automation, personalization, and analytics platforms).
  • Proven track record of implementing and managing complex marketing systems and integrations.
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Strong track record of delivering measurable impact through technology innovation.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities
  • Martech Strategy & Architecture: Define and own the marketing technology roadmap in alignment with business goals and marketing strategies.
  • Lifecycle Marketing Enablement: Lead the development of a scalable, integrated Martech stack that supports personalized engagement across the entire customer lifecycle—from acquisition and onboarding to retention and reactivation. Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to build workflows and tools that support data-driven campaigns and maximize member lifetime value.
  • Technology Evaluation & Implementation: Identify, assess, and recommend best-in-class Martech solutions—including marketing automation, analytics, content management, message targeting and orchestration, and channel delivery (e.g., email, sms, notifications). Lead vendor evaluations and ensure selected tools align with business goals and scale with company growth.
  • Emerging Technology & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends by evaluating emerging platforms and AI-powered technologies that enable advanced targeting, personalization, and automation at scale.
  • System Integration & Optimization: Oversee the integration of Martech solutions into the broader technology ecosystem, ensuring seamless interoperability and alignment with product and engineering systems. Manage the implementation, configuration, and optimization of tools to deliver data driven personalized customer experiences at scale.
  • Data & Automation: Ensure proper data governance, lead scoring, segmentation, and workflow automation to support personalized, data-driven marketing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical partners, translating strategic marketing goals into technical requirements and ensuring alignment across departments (Marketing, Product, Sales, Data).
