Responsibilities and Authorities : To perform store duties inter alias include picking, packing and or put away of materials and parts, data entries, support cycle count and etc: Fulfill duties that include picking and packing finished goods and accessories, inputting data, and managing tasks like receiving, checking, counting, and storing materials & parts, as well as inputting data based on the work instructions or material issuance, and issuing materials and parts to end-users or production (if needed) in accordance with the purchase order or material requisition form. Releasing of cargoes to forwarders. Supporting cycle count and filing of documents. Participate in ISO, EHS, 5S and QSR activities and ensure compliance to all requirements and all aspects of environmental, safe materials handling, storage, precautions, and proper attire. Ensure that systems and procedures within the department are in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, QSR 21CFR, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. To support Manager/Supervisor in ensuring daily tasks of the team are accomplished according to plan by: Work with team members on daily work schedule planning and over time requirements. Coordinate job rotation/schedule to ensure dry ice production, MHS daily check/charging, replenishment of supporting materials or other routine tasks are carried out timely. Monitor productivity and customer complaints. Guide/couch new team members daily tasks and to resolve issues. Ensure daily 5S, space allocation, EHS and work with scheduler/Transport team to complete prioritized works/orders. 2. Qualification: ITE or GCE "O" Level or equivalent 3. Experiences : Minimum 2 years relevant store/warehousing experiences 4. Competencies Preferred: Physically fit with no medical handicap Able to read and write English Knowledge of store-keeping operation Possess a valid forklift driving license Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Knowledge of SAP or Oracle will be advantage Thank you for your interest as you consider starting a new career journey with us.
