Omnichannel Excellence: Execute replenishment strategies across all channels, with a specific focus on optimizing the Amazon FBA inventory lifecycle (pre-positioning, compliance, and performance metrics). S&OP Ownership: Lead the Sales & Operations Planning process, ensuring perfect alignment between demand forecasts and supply realities. Systems Innovation: Act as the internal champion for SAP S/4HANA, leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud or Power BI to create resilient, scenario-based planning models. Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify supply chain bottlenecks and implement robust contingency plans to ensure operational continuity. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and eCommerce to synchronize inventory with high-impact product launches and seasonal surges. Why Join Austin Cutlery & Tool? Our vision is simple: Thriving teams and enriched communities. We live by our core values: Collaboration, Respect, Excellence, Accountability, and Trust. Beyond a competitive salary, we offer: Wealth Building: 401(k) plan with generous company matching. Health & Wellness: Medical, Dental, and Vision (with up to $650 employer contribution), plus HSA options. Work-Life Balance: Generous vacation package and 10 paid holidays. Growth: Paid training and professional development opportunities. Protection: Life, AD&D, and Disability insurance, plus Hospital Indemnity options. The Fine Print Austin Cutlery & Tool is an equal opportunity employer. Employment is contingent upon proof of legal right to work in the U.S., satisfactory references, and successful completion of a background check and drug screen. Requirements Qualifications Experience: 7+ years in supply chain management, ideally within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or high-volume distribution. Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain/Operations is a significant plus. Certifications: APICS (ASCM) CPIM or CSCP strongly preferred. Amazon Expertise: Proven track record of managing Amazon Seller Central and FBA operations at scale.
