We are seeking a Senior Electrical and Mechanical Engineer - R&D with over 10 years of proven experience in global HVAC, air solutions, air dynamics systems, and product research and development. This role is ideal for an accomplished engineer with a multidisciplinary background in mechanical, electrical, and product development engineering, who excels in leading cross-functional teams through concept, design, prototyping, and certification.
Location: Head Office - Mississauga.

The role also involves financial oversight, risk analysis management, and collaboration with global teams to deliver high-performing, certified products to the US and Canadian markets. This position also requires a strong ability to plan, organize, and manage department activities, including technical documentation, workflows, and process improvements.
