Worcester (WR4 9NF)
Monday to Friday - Days
Up to £52,000 - Dependant on experience
My client is a well-established company that designs, manufactures and supplies a range of bespoke products. As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, your role will focus on managing design projects from initial concept to delivery, gathering design specifications from clients and producing detailed designs using SolidWorks.

Senior Mechanical Design Engineer Responsibilities;

  • Interpret and translate customer technical requirements into detailed designs
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers to understand specifications and budgetary targets for project builds
  • Ensuring that machine builds meet industry standards
  • Produce technical designs using SolidWorks

Senior Mechanical Design Engineer Experience;

  • Previous experience working on Automation Machine design is essential
  • Experienced working in a Design Engineer position
  • Proficient in SolidWorks
  • Strong understanding of pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Must be a team player
