Description

Salary dependant upon experience (hence the wide wage bracket) This can rise after initial period for the right candidate.
Immediate start available. New projects include: MRI scanning machine project, aircraft ducting assembly machines and bearing press machine.
This role is extremely varied and interesting for someone with a love for engineering.
We create automation, testing and assembly machines for nearly all industries and need someone to help further the business in the design of the machines.
We’re aware our industry is quite unique but some machinery design is required using components such as pneumatics and standard parts.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Designer, preferably in an automation environment.
  • Must have a can do, and go get attitude.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with a solid understanding of system design principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks, CAD software
  • Awareness of electrical systems
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
