Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Engineering Projects: Collaborate with a skilled team of engineers, driving projects from concept to completion.
• Client Engagement: Work closely with clients, third-party consultants, and suppliers to understand project requirements and build strong relationships.
• Project Management: Create and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring deliverables align with client expectations.

Essential Qualifications:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and industry practices.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software, along with FEA analysis tools.
• Proven experience in leading engineering projects and managing teams.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Familiarity with SolidWorks 3D, Mathcad, and Staad Software.
• Understanding of structural steel design principles.
• Chartered Engineer status is preferred.
• Practical workshop experience to complement design expertise.
