ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re recruiting for a Senior Design Engineer to join a growing and well-established manufacturer of special-purpose machinery and automation systems.

You’ll be a key part of the design function, leading projects from concept through to completion while mentoring junior engineers and driving continuous improvement across design standards.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Leading projects from concept through to completion
• Assigning tasks and reviewing the work of fellow design engineers
• Producing innovative designs using 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or similar)
• Working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver bespoke machinery solutions
• Contributing to continuous improvement and engineering problem-solving
