We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Designer with 15+ years of proven experience to join our Austin office. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, technically skilled individual with a strong background in mechanical systems design and drafting for complex industrial, commercial, and energy-sector projects.
Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related science (required)
• 15+ years of design and drafting experience in related industries.
• Graduation from a certified CAD training program at an accredited institution counts as one year of experience
• EIT Certification (Preferred)
• Proficient in computer-aided drafting (CAD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Possess advanced drafting, BIM/Revit and layout skills
• Create REVIT families and AutoCAD blocks
• Experienced with the latest release of Autodesk AutoCAD and REVIT
• Performing design work without supervision
• Experienced in training entry level designers
• This position is based in the Austin, TX. We are currently seeking local candidates, as relocation assistance is not available.
