General Description Under the direction of the Engineering Team Lead, the Senior Mechanical Detailer will work as an integral part of the team to detail drawings in accordance with the project schedules. In order to complete this process communication with multiple groups within the company will be necessary, potentially including manufacturing, engineering, sales, and/or field service. In addition to working as part of a project team, the position will have additional duties completing Engineering Changes and maintaining part/assembly information with the ERP system. Essential Duties and Responsibilities This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time. * Detail assigned projects, in collaboration with engineering, and shop needs. * Submit drawings to lead engineers and/or team leads for review prior to release. * Maintain BOM and part information within the ERP system. * Detail in accordance with BCT drawing guidelines and SOP’s. * Develop drawings for ease of assembly and installation. * Hold self accountable to meeting timelines for production releases. * Assist in communication and documentation of daily project status and release dates. * Helps drive and support BCT’s Culture and Core Values  Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Proficiency in SolidWorks or Equivalent 3D software. * Ability to detail in accordance with standard drawing practices. * Experience maintaining bill of materials and part information using an ERP system. * Ability to prioritize workload and meet company objectives * Strong interpersonal & written skills with desire to be an active team member. * Demonstrate proficiency with computers skills; MS Office, MS Project or similar project management software.  MS Developer and Visual Basic knowledge is a plus. Education and/or Experience * Requires associates or bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years of progressively responsible related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
