• Develop and design mechanical components for HVAC applications with a focus on mass production, cost optimization, and quality assurance.
• Drive conceptualization and system engineering to address customer needs and translate them into actionable tasks for the team.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, including Grundfos-specific standards, and maintain thorough documentation.
• Leverage your expertise in injection molding plastic design and related processes to create innovative and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, specialists and Test Lab, to optimize production and verify components.
• Support and develop team competencies, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing.
• Perform hydraulic design and ensure the integration of HVAC-specific requirements into product development.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align on project deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
