Overview Location: On-site, Coraopolis, PAJob Type: Full Time / PermanentWork Authorization: No C2C or Sponsorship The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Senior Mechanical Engineer. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience with SolidWorks, PDM, and Simulation, as well as the ability to create robust CAD models. Responsibilities Support the hardware engineering team by designing, analysing, testing, and providing support of industrial automation systems Perform R&D to support new product initiatives Complete engineering calculations and maintain development documentation Apply DFM principles, generate fabrication drawings, and coordinate with vendors Develop build and assembly documentation Provide technical oversight of a small team of engineers Estimate project effort, cost, and timelines Qualifications Education Required Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Robotics Engineering Experience Required Experience leading engineering teams Proficiency in SolidWorks, PDM, and Simulation Ability to create robust CAD models Strong leadership skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Some travel to client sites required - Up to 20%
