This Position reports to: Engineering Manager At ABB, we help important industries outrun - leaner and cleaner. Every person here makes that happen. Your Role and Responsibilities -Work with project management department to clarify and define order information. -Make the product outline drawing, connection drawing and other customer drawings, and other technical documentation，and guarantee timeliness and high quality. -Do detail mechanical design to provide all kinds of required drawings and documents ,and guarantee timeliness and high quality. -Use engineering specific design software, generate and maintain the bill of materials, guarantee the integrity of material information required by order fulfillment process. -Deal with engineering change and other accidental incidents, support the production process in time. -Provide technical support to Production, Purchasing, Sourcing and Service etc. -Be responsible of mechanical drawings inspection and technical document inspection. -Provide training regarding mechanical design for whole team. -Others assignment by the company relative to own mechanical design. Qualifications for the Role -Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electrical machine or Mechanical Engineering. -Be good at Office, AutoCAD, NX, have the experience of SAP and PDM system will be better. -Good mechanical technology background. -Have knowledge in machining, sheet steel, casting, welding, stamping, surface treatment manufacturing process, Familiar with motor manufacturing processes. -Stronge ability to solve the problem. -Have the knowledge of electrical machine. Familiar with the process of manufacture -Proficient in mechanical design. Extensive experience in the research and development design field of motors or generators. -Fluent in Mandarin and English.
