Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver day-to-day mechanical design services for multi-disciplinary projects.
• Manage smaller projects independently, with scope to take on larger responsibilities as you progress.
• Produce detailed design deliverables including specifications, drawings, and schedules.
• Collaborate closely with the wider MEP team, attend client meetings, and carry out site surveys.

What They’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years UK Building Services experience within a mechanical design role.
• Relevant qualifications (HNC, HND or degree in Mechanical, Building Services, or related field).
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services design, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and associated design software (BIM experience advantageous).
• Full UK driving licence and ability to work from the office Monday-Friday.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
