Must have minimum 3-4 years Experience in UAE as Mechanical Engineer in Construction Filed.
Currently available in UAE and able to join immediately.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERTISE

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and LPG.
• Familiarity with HVAC & Plumbing Codes & Standards.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Familiarity with green building standards(LEED, Estidama, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Project leadership and team mentoring
• Time and resource management
• Technical documentation and reporting

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (required)
