Your new role As our new Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will work to create Data Center solutions for our clients. You will be part of our Nordics group for Data Center Facilities in Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway. You will work as part of passionate teams filled with talents from all over the world, your core colleagues are in locations across all four Nordic countries, but you’ll also become part of our Global Data Center Spearhead and will benefit from +150 Data Center specialists in the U.K., U.S.A., India, Germany and Asia as your new colleagues. Your key responsibilities will be: Liaison with clients to identify business goals and optimize technical requirements. Communicate with third parties to frame constraints and solution spaces. Develop mechanical concepts and design solutions for data centers. Lead and oversee mechanical design teams across the Nordics to ensure implementation. Participate in the continued development of our business in the Nordics in general and in respect to mechanical. Whilst we look forward to supporting your continued learning and development, for this role we have identified some qualifications, skills, experience and capabilities that will set you up for success: Experience with leading mechanical design teams and collaborating in multidisciplinary teams where the best overall solution for the client may not be the optimal mechanical design. Proven experience with designing or constructing data center facilities. Experience working as a consulting mechanical engineer. A thorough understanding of digital design delivery through Revit/BIM 360. Excellent communicator capable of explaining complex technical concepts to our clients and project team partners in plain language, verbally and in writing. Responsibilities
