• Lead the mechanical design and development of new products and product improvements.
• Translate performance and operational requirements into practical, reliable engineering solutions.
• Design complex mechanical assemblies, transmission systems and drive mechanisms.
• Conduct engineering calculations, simulations and structural analyzes to optimize product performance.
• Develop, assemble and test prototypes, driving continuous design improvements.
• Produce detailed engineering documentation, technical drawings and bills of materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electronics, operations, quality and product management.
• Support supplier engagement, manufacturability reviews and product industrialization activities.
• Provide technical expertise for challenging customer applications and internal engineering discussions.
• Contribute to future product platforms, innovation initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

The Successful Applicant

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in product design and development within an industrial environment.
• Proven expertise in mechanical systems, drive technologies, rotating equipment or industrial machinery.
• Strong experience designing complex assemblies and transmission systems.
• Advanced CAD skills, ideally with SolidWorks or a comparable platform.
• Experience using FEM/FEA tools for structural and fatigue analysis.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing techniques and design-for-manufacturing principles.
• A hands-on mindset with experience in prototyping, testing and product validation.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within international teams.
• Professional proficiency in English
