The Protected Communications Systems (PCS) Hardware Department within the Collins Mission Systems organization has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The PCS Hardware Department is seeking an Senior Mechanical Engineering candidate to perform complex Interconnect solutions for satellite communication terminals used for above and below sea, mobile and stationary ground, and airborne platforms. The Senior Mechanical Engineer will perform research, design, development, documentation and support to build military and commercial interconnections for all these platforms. This will include control, fiber optic, power, and radio frequency cabling with complex environments and electrical parameters.
