We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineering Recruiter to support hiring across mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering. This role will partner closely with hardware teams and provide strong day-to-day recruiting support while growing in scope and ownership. Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting across mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering roles Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs Build and execute sourcing strategies across hardware and engineering talent pools Support candidate assessment and interview calibration across engineering roles Manage the end-to-end candidate experience Collaborate closely with hiring teams, providing consistent communication and support Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate pipelines 6+ years of experience recruiting for mechanical, electrical, or hardware engineering roles Basic understanding of systems engineering and multidisciplinary hardware teams Ability to partner closely with hiring managers and grow into a strong strategic partner Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously Willingness to learn and develop deeper technical recruiting expertise Experience in robotics, hardware, or manufacturing environments preferred Compensation At 1X your work and results will be rewarded with a total rewards package consisting of a base salary, stock options and benefits. Base salary range is $110,000 to $186,000. Your actual salary will be based on your knowledge, skills and experience.
