Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible. Job Description: Parsons is seeking a motivated and talented Senior Mechanical Engineer (Saudi National ) to join our expanding team in Tabuk. In this role, you will support the design review, coordination, and construction supervision of mechanical systems across diverse infrastructure and building projects. What You'll Be Doing Review and evaluate mechanical engineering designs, drawings, calculations, and specifications for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and building management systems. Monitor contractor performance on-site, performing technical inspections to ensure construction work adheres strictly to approved shop drawings and quality standards. Collaborate with architectural, civil, and electrical engineering teams to resolve design interfaces, space conflicts, and technical issues. Assist in evaluating contractor material submittals, requests for information (RFIs), and method statements against project requirements. Participate in testing and commissioning activities for mechanical equipment and systems prior to project handover. Support project management teams in preparing progress reports, tracking milestones, and interfacing with local utility authorities or clients. What Desired Skills You'll Bring Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university. Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is mandatory. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional engineering experience in design review or construction supervision, ideally within infrastructure or medium-to-large-scale building projects. Technical Skills: Proficient with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and HVAC load calculation software (e.g., HAP). Good working knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, ASPE). What Desired Skills You'll Bring Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic, with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to both site teams and clients.
