Description
The Job: We are seeking a skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and integration of hardware systems for autonomous aerial suppression. You’ll work cross-functionally with software engineers and other team members to deliver robust and reliable hardware solutions for firefighters. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 5-8+ years of professional experience in mechanical design and product development Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling and tolerance analysis Hands-on experience with prototyping and common fabrication techniques (e.g., machining, 3D printing) Knowledge of various manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, casting, CNC machining).
