POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Estimator will play a crucial role in our project bidding process, providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring all project requirements are met. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in various estimating disciplines, including electrical, HVAC, mechanical, and piping systems, and will utilize advanced estimating software to deliver precise and competitive proposals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating for construction projects, with a focus on Mechanical and Plumbing projects
• Experience with HVAC, Piping, Sheet Metal, and Electrical projects is preffered
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including electrical, HVAC, mechanical, and sheet metal work.
