THE OPPORTUNITY:

This is your opportunity to join our growing Buildings team as a Senior Project Manager - Mechanical (MEP). This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills, extensive experience in managing complex mechanical engineering projects, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions across different types of buildings projects.

• Act as the lead Mechanical Engineer or Project Manager on complex projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Lead a project specific mechanical design team.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other engineering disciplines.
• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure project success.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Ensure all engineering work meets quality standards and codes, while ensuring client expectations are met.
• Review and approve technical designs, drawings, and specifications.
