Description

Our Client, a rapidly growing SME within the Mechanical Services industry, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee & manage a new commercial construction project in the City of London.
This role reports into the Director
As the Senior Project Manager, you will have full responsibility of the client management, team management and financial responsibilities of a new site due to start in May. Exposure & experience working as a Mechanical Contractor is essential, experience working with Mace Group would be an advantage,
The candidate will need to be able to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Educated to HNC/HND/Degree level in Mechanical discipline.
  • Demonstrate experience working as a Contracts Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager or currently working as a Project Manager from within the building services industry is essential. Working within Local Authority Contracts would be an advantage.
  • Relevant Health and Safety qualifications such as a SMSTS/ISOH/NEBOSH
  • Experience of delivering projects as the Mechanical Contractor
  • Excellent working knowledge of all MS office applications
  • To have successful experience in dealing directly with Clients and the public
  • To work on his/her own initiative
