Tasks YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES In collaboration with subcontractors and the Critical Facility Manager, we handle all technical operations for one of our clients in Hamar. The main purpose of this role is to support the daily MRO activities (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul) for our on-site data center, focusing on mechanical or electrical operations. Your main tasks: 24/7 Shift Work to Supporting Control Room Operations Perform preventive maintenance and repair of critical technical assets Comply with internal and external training programs Install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical systems Modify electrical wiring systems Monitor critical process services using a CMMS system Process and close customer service orders in accordance with service level agreements Ensure systems operate correctly and efficiently Support and accompany subcontractors in performing activities, considering customer agreements and CBRE’s safety and risk mitigation measures Conduct daily rounds and inspections Identify potential risks to the intended process or work safety You will be part of a competent technical team working in building and critical facility services – primarily electrical, cooling, and backup power systems. High standards for quality and documentation require detailed planning before work execution and complete documentation afterward. We continuously focus on developing and improving the client’s technical facilities, so technology, collaboration, and communication are always central. Requirements YOUR PROFILE To succeed in this role, we envision that you have a technical education as an electrician, installer, or similar. You must have broad technical knowledge, be willing to continue learning and developing, and share your experiences. You should have good IT skills, be proficient in MS Office, and easily learn new systems.
