Key Responsibilities: Lead static and nonlinear structural analysis of battery pack housing and frame structures. Perform structural assessment of aluminum die-casting and extrusion welding assemblies. Conduct bolt, weld, and adhesive joint modeling and validation. Perform modal analysis and optimize natural frequencies. Apply road load data(RLD) for durability assessment. Perform fatigue life prediction using SN/EN methods. Identify system-level durability risks. Bottom impact, Side impact, crush and drop simulations. Assess mechanical failure risks at cell level. Develop and execute explicit dynamic models using LS-DYNA. Model cell swelling behavior. Evaluate thermal expansion constraints. Analyze cooling plate deformation. Perform multi-physics coupled simulations(preferred). Conduct correlation analysis between simulation and test results. Perform data regression and model calibration. Provide design improvement recommendation. Directly facing clients, explaining solutions and project management. Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of structural simulation experience. At least 3 years of battery pack or vehicle structural development experience preferred. Proficient in using at least 2 of the following CAE tools: ANASY Mechanical, Abaqus, HyperMesh, LS-DYNA, Nastran. Python scripting for automation. Good English and German in spoken and written.
