INDUSTRY: CONSTRUCTION / INFRASTRUCTURE

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Mechanical Site Supervisor to oversee and manage mechanical works on-site. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in mechanical systems installation, supervision, and coordination in commercial construction or infrastructure projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS :

• 15+ years of experience as a Mechanical Site Supervisor in commercial construction projects
• Extensive experience with piping, mechanical systems, installation methods, and safety standards.
• Big bonus: Experience in HDPE piping
• Must have well-rounded and general MEP knowledge.
• Ability to lead teams and manage site activities independently.
• Managed teams of 40-50+
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

• Supervise and manage all mechanical site activities such as plumbing, mechanical equipment, mechanical installations in commercial construction projects
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor daily progress and prepare activity reports.
• Guide and mentor technicians and site workers.
• Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment.
