Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic user acquisition campaigns for mobile apps across various DSPs (e.g., Roku, Moloco, Unity etc.). Manage campaign setup, including targeting, creative assets, and tracking implementation. Monitor, analyze and optimize campaigns performance to ensure delivery against KPIs such as FTD Cost and return on ad spend (ROAS). Conduct A/B testing and experiment with different traffic sources, bidding strategies, creatives, and targeting approaches. Collaborate with the creative and analytics teams to develop and implement data-driven optimizations. Adjust bidding strategies, targeting, and budgets in real-time based on campaign performance and market conditions. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in programmatic buying and mobile user acquisition. Prepare detailed reports for internal stakeholders and clients, offering insights into campaign performance and recommendations for scaling. Requirements 2 years of practical experience managing DSPs (or similar platforms) campaigns - A must. Strong analytical abilities, capable of data interpretations and analysis - A must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Motivated and eager to develop professionally with a strong drive for success. Creative, solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude. Exceptional attention to detail and time management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Results-focused with an emphasis on accuracy and precision.
