Company Description Our client is a distinguished player in the perfumes (oud, attar, and luxury fragrances) sector in Saudi Arabia, combining traditional Arabian scents with modern luxury. They are seeking a results-driven Senior Media Buyer to lead their digital acquisition efforts across the Kingdom. Job Description Role Overview The Senior Media Buyer will own the end-to-end paid media strategy and execution for the brand’s fragrance portfolio. This role requires proven experience across GCC fashion or luxury markets, deep knowledge of the Saudi consumer journey, and the ability to scale acquisition through platforms like Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and Google. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max). Develop audience strategies specifically for perfume and oud buyers, including seasonal peaks (Ramadan, Eid, Saudi National Day, Black Friday). Collaborate with creative teams to adapt ad content (video, static, UGC) with culturally relevant Arabic and English copy. Manage daily campaign operations: bidding, creative testing, frequency capping, and placement optimization. Implement and maintain tracking via Meta CAPI, TikTok Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and GA4. Monitor KPIs: CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and new-to-brand rate. Conduct weekly performance reporting and competitor analysis on other GCC perfume and fashion brands. Ensure all campaigns comply with Saudi media regulations and platform policies. Qualifications Required Qualifications Experience: 3 to 6 years of hands-on media buying experience specifically in GCC fashion, beauty, luxury, or fragrance brands. Proven track record scaling e-commerce or retail campaigns for Saudi-based audiences. Technical Skills: Meta Ads Manager (Advanced) TikTok Ads Manager Snapchat Ads Manager Google Ads (Shopping & Search essential; YouTube & PMax a plus) Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager Pixel and conversion API implementation (Meta CAPI, TikTok) Soft Skills & Local Knowledge: Fluent Arabic (written & spoken) and professional English. Strong understanding of Saudi consumer behavior, especially in fragrance gifting and personal luxury. Data-driven mindset with Excel/Sheets proficiency. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Residency Requirement: Must currently reside in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam) with a valid transferable iqama or Saudi nationality. Remote from outside KSA is not accepted. Preferred (Not Mandatory) Prior experience with perfume, oud, or personal care brands in the GCC. Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads, or TikTok certification. Familiarity with regional advertising platforms (e.g., SMMS, Adster).
