CardoO is looking for a data-driven and creative Senior Media Buyer to lead and optimize our media campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling campaigns across multiple channels to drive measurable business results. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage media buying strategies across digital, social, print, and broadcast channels Identify and analyze target audiences to maximize reach and engagement Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROI Scale successful campaigns based on performance data Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with brand objectives Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights Stay up to date with market trends, tools, and competitor activities Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field 2–5 years of experience as a Media Buyer or in a similar role Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and media performance metrics Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy Experience working across multiple media channels (digital, social, print, broadcast) Proven experience in campaign execution and budget management Competitive salary package Social and medical insurance Company laptop provided Flexible working hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
