JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced Media Buyer to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is a performance-driven professional with a proven track record in running lead generation campaigns on TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads. You will play a key role in driving quality leads for our real estate projects while optimizing campaign performance to achieve exceptional ROI.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Expertise in running TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Excellent understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and A/B testing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize, plan, and execute high-performing lead generation campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads platforms, tailored for real estate projects.
- Conduct in-depth market research and audience analysis to identify and target potential property buyers and investors.
- Optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting to maximize engagement and lead conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient lead generation and maximize ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest platform trends, algorithms, and advertising strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with project goals and ensure seamless lead handovers.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
