Partner with in-market brand teams to tailor global media strategies to local needs while maintaining global consistency. Act as a liaison between Global Brand, Regional Marketing, and Global Analytics teams to ensure consistent communication and execution. Proven track record of delivering high-quality campaigns with clear measurement strategies on either the agency or client side. Strong ability to analyze campaign performance, interpret data, and contribute to media optimization strategies. Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of balancing multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to internal teams and external partners across regions. Knowledge of GDPR and other privacy frameworks impacting media buying in Europe and beyond. Experience managing direct reports and providing growth path support and direction.
