SUMMARY

We are actively recruiting for a dynamic Marketing professional to join our Corporate Commercial team. The Senior Media Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing media strategies to enhance Perdue Foods’ brand presence and market share. This role involves managing media planning, buying, and performance analysis across various channels, including traditional and digital media.
The salary range for this position is $111,000 - $167,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field, and 7+ years of professional experience in marketing or related fields; Minimum 5 years in media strategy, planning, buying, or a related role.

The ideal candidate will also have:

• Strong knowledge of both traditional, social and digital media channels.
• Proven track record of successful media campaigns and budget management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in media planning and buying software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

• Experience in the food industry.
• Knowledge of programmatic buying and ad serving platforms.
• Familiarity with social media management and content creation.
• Understanding of brand strategy alignment to audience & touchpoint planning

ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings. May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another. May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
