WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Minimally 2-3 years of media planning experience, preferably in a media agency.
  • Experienced in client facing role.
  • Keeps up to date with industry changes and latest practices and procedures.
  • Builds meaningful relationships with team members, stakeholders and partners/publishers.
  • Excellent administrative and organization skills mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy mandatory.
  • A good work ethic, problem-solving, and proficient time management skills.
  • Looking for a new challenge and a step up in career.
  • Positive attitude can take guidance and pro-active. And calm under pressure.
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office software.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and manipulating dashboards – an analytical mind that is creative as well as data-driven to identify trends/patterns and insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate genuine curiosity and proactiveness in the business
  • Knowledge on digital tools and social/search media platforms
  • Plus point – Proficient in excel formulas & pivot tables
Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY AND IMPACT

You will play a key role as a Senior Executive with a dynamic and multi-cultural teams focused delivery best in class campaigns. You will get the opportunity to work together with other members of the Team on one of the world’s most respected luxury group across branding and performance across all channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, agency partners, and media partners.
  • Work with the Manager on strategy development and idea generation for campaigns.
  • Develop and present media plans/documents incorporating goals, recommendations, rationale, ideas, implementation, planning costs, and budget splits.
  • Manage and deliver the day-to-day needs of the accounts.
  • Develop and deliver necessary reports like media flowchart updates, budget updates, contact reports, competitive, post-campaign reports, in a timely manner.
  • Manage negotiation, evaluation, and recommendation of media campaign proposals
  • Work with the finance department to ensure all finance processes are adhered to and relevant data is updated.
