Cornwall’s Rewind Radio is Cornwall’s feel-good station, bringing the best music, local news, and community stories to our listeners across the county. We’re passionate about supporting local businesses and helping them grow through effective radio, digital, and sponsorship campaigns.
As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a driven and creative Media Sales Account Manager to join our team – someone who loves Cornwall, loves people, and loves making a difference for local businesses.

EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS (BUT ISN’T ESSENTIAL)

  • Previous experience in media, radio, advertising sales or non tangible assets.
  • A proven track record in B2B sales or account management.
  • Knowledge of the Cornish business community.
  • A full UK driving licence (and ideally your own car).

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Media Sales Account Manager, you’ll be the face of Cornwall’s Rewind Radio in the business community. You’ll work with independent businesses, regional brands, and key advertisers to create tailored advertising solutions that deliver results – from radio airtime and sponsorships to digital campaigns and promotions.
This role combines new business development with account management, giving you the opportunity to grow your own client portfolio while building long-term partnerships.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Win New Business – Identify and approach potential advertisers across Cornwall through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Manage Client Relationships – Look after existing accounts, ensuring they’re happy, informed, and keen to return.
  • Create Bespoke Campaigns – Work with our creative team to develop engaging on-air and online campaigns that meet client goals.
  • Deliver Results – Monitor campaign performance, provide feedback to clients, and suggest ways to improve future activity.
  • Hit Targets – Achieve (and exceed!) monthly revenue goals while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline.
