Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced, bilingual and results-driven Senior Media Sales Executive to spearhead our expansion efforts in the Montreal market. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in OOH media sales and programmatic advertising to establish a strong presence in the region. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales growth while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bilingual with outstanding communication skills in French and English.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in media sales, preferably OOH.
  • Proven expertise in programmatic digital sales, with a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience selling to large, national, and regional clients.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and client management skills, particularly with Montreal-based businesses.
  • Ability to manage and maintain a sales territory effectively, with a focus on Montreal.
  • Excellent prospecting and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing complex deals.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and persuasive pitches.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A history of consistently exceeding sales goals and earning award recognition.
  • Experience maximizing revenue across various digital platforms and channels.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with the Montreal market’s advertising industry and agency landscape.
  • Knowledge of OOH advertising.
  • Understanding of programmatic technologies, trends, and tools.

Responsibilities:

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:

  • Manage contracts, accounts receivables, and ensure compliance with company policies for Montreal-based accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems, focusing on Montreal’s market data.
