Your Role at St John of God Subiaco Hospital
You will provide support in the areas of recruitment and onboarding, payroll, leave relief, term allocation, rostering and education of Junior Medical Officers. You will maintain registers and databases for auditing and compliance purposes while providing administrative, secretarial and project support and assistance to Medical Services and the Deputy Director Medical Services.
The Position
You will have high level experience in an administrative role with excellent organisational and time management skills including the ability to organise tasks and set priorities, work effectively under pressure and meet multiple deadlines with minimal supervision. You will have experience developing written reports, minute taking and other business correspondence with a high level of attention to detail and professional presentation of work.
To succeed you will have advanced word processing and computer literacy skills with experience using Microsoft Office suite. The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and maintain strict confidentiality is essential.
