Responsibilities You will be responsible to: provide superior patient care in the assigned ward by making appropriate assessment and diagnosis, providing general medical treatment, and performing common procedures as permitted in an ethical manner and in accordance with defined protocols provide comprehensive care to patients admitted in the Princess Zahra Pavilion, providing leadership on their designated floor coordinate with medical staff and work under supervision of on-call consultants to ensure that the admitted patients’ care management and treatment is carried out as per the defined policy and protocol train unit staff in provision of effective medical care and safe patient handling participate in departmental activities related to education and quality improvement. Requirements You should have: an MBBS degree with valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and a valid license from Pakistan Medical Council (PMC) at least five years of post-MBBS experience or three years of post-MCPS experience, preferably in Internal Medicine ability to effectively work independently as well as with teams and cope-up with pressure on different rotations/shifts excellent interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills ability to deal with medical emergencies. Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.

Responsibilities

Provide superior patient care, diagnosis, and treatment within the Princess Zahra Pavilion while leading designated floor operations. Coordinate with medical staff and consultants to ensure adherence to clinical policies and train unit staff in safe patient handling.
