This is a grant-funded contractual position Job Roles / Responsibilities: You will be responsible to: Identification of the patient for the ongoing study and enrolled patient for the Research study; to follow up the research study patient and update schedule of visit; collect and maintain records of identified cases; design and plan social mobilization strategies for community people to co-operate/collaborate with Research projects; to provide appropriate guidance to children screen positive with disability or malnourished; ensure participation of community in Research project to increase case reporting; training of junior staff working in the health centre; monitoring the data collection processes in the field; evaluating and validating the data collected; development of data collection forms; preparation and submission of study reports; present the study results as per the requirement. Requirements: You must have: MBBS with relevant experience in paediatrics; at least 3-4 years of related experience; ability to work in a team; ability to establish harmonious working relations at the place of work; flexibility in taking over additional/new responsibilities when required by project; willingness to work at peri-urban research settings; mature, reliable, and responsible; able to understand and follow instruction; ability to speak and understand job-related English and Urdu. Responsibilities

The Senior Medical Officer will identify and follow up with patients involved in a research study, ensuring community participation and data collection. Responsibilities also include training junior staff and preparing study reports.
