DESIRABLE PRIOR EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience working in a customer facing role.
• Knowledge of Best Practice essential.
• Sound computer experience

• Answer phone calls and assisting with patient queries
• Booking appointments for patients
• Confirming appointments
• Check-in patients on arrival for appointments in a courteous and efficient manner
• Process patient billings
• Data entry and processing
• Open/close procedures
• Handling physical and electronic correspondence
• To exercise confidentiality in regard to patient care and all aspects of the practice.
