As our highly valued Senior Medical Receptionist, you’ll use your skills and expertise to provide quality care to patients with a wide range of heart and cardiovascular conditions.
You will be responsible and accountable for providing and achieving a high quality, accurate and efficient reception and administrative service to the practice and its patients.
As the role is based in Burwood, the multicultural heart of the inner west, being fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese is essential.

Responsibilities:

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent patient care and customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all
  • Proven track record of effectively working both independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Access and the capacity to quickly adapt to medical software systems
  • Exceptional organisation and communication skills, enabling efficient teamwork within an administrative support setting
  • Outstanding phone manner and adeptness in handling various patient inquiries, reflecting a high standard of professionalism and attentiveness.
  • Ability to cover other clinics when required (driver’s licence/motor vehicle would be an advantage).
