You will be responsible for the medical assessment of sensitive pharmacovigilance files, often consisting of numerous medical documents. Expertise in neurology, obstetrics‑gynecology, or pediatrics is particularly valuable. Your role will be to produce clear, accurate, and clinically rigorous medical summaries, supporting medico‑legal evaluations within the context of compensation requests. Main Responsibilities: Medical‑Legal Analysis of Sensitive Cases Perform comprehensive case assessments based on a full review of all medical documents associated with compensation requests. Evaluate reported conditions, analyze causality, and investigate potential alternative explanations. Produce structured, well‑argued written analyses in a dedicated platform. Work closely in a physician–pharmacist pair for each case. Collaboration with Pharmacists Provide in‑depth medical insights when specific topics require further investigation. Deliver short medical presentations to the team when necessary to support collective case evaluation. Team Contribution Participate in periodic team meetings. Prepare occasional presentations on relevant medical topics to enhance shared expertise and strengthen evaluation quality. Skills: Strong understanding of global pharmacovigilance regulations (ICH, FDA, EMA guidelines); excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
