DESCRIPTION

Applications are invited for the part-time permanent position of Senior Medical Scientist in Haematology in the Pathology Department of St Vincent’s University Hospital.

The post holder, in co-operation with the Chief Medical Scientist and the Consultant Head of Department will:

• Assist in the organisation and co-ordination of the Haematology service.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of a quality management system which is complaint with the INAB ISO 15189 standard in Haematology.

The Laboratory is accredited to the INAB ISO standard 15189.
