There are two positions opened:
one part time 20 hr per week and one full time 40 hrs per week.
Medical Secretary required to work with in a consultant practice in a busy relaxed environment.
Highly motivated, Flexible, can work independently. experience senior medical secretary , needed to start 15/03/2025. Beacon clinic consultants rooms. Able to do satellite clinic if needed and cross cover. Able to do billing. Highly motivated, willing to learn, and having good communication skills and work ethics.
Experience in the field of minimum 2 years
IT literate
Typing, Microsoft, Outlook, Excell.
Imed Doc experience is ideal but not essential
Willing to learn new skills
The Role:

The role requires an energetic, enthusiastic, reliable person who is committed to providing exceptional patient service. Primary Duties will include

  • Ensuring the seamless and smooth day-to-day running of the Reception
  • Efficiently manage all enquiries and bookings-made via phone, email, social media and in person
  • Ability to communicate effectively and sympathetically with patients
  • Efficient scheduling of appointments and coordination with the consultants and team members.
  • A key objective is to support all team members in achieving the practice strategies
  • Communicate with the management on continuous basis.
  • Responsible for opening or closing of the clinic
  • Cash up, balance and send reports to management team at end of day
  • Stock ordering and checking if needed
  • Keep reception area clean, neat and tidy at all times
  • Ensure Daily Checklist is completed every day.

Requirements:

  • 2 Year minimum experience working in a medical practice
  • Pitman training or equivalent experience essential
  • Must have fluent English, excellent computer skills and have an ability to pick things up quickly.
  • Flexibility in working hours is required to close off loose ends.
  • Expected to be flexible in your approach and to work in a collaborative fashion with the employer to grow a dynamic, compassionate, high quality practice.
  • You will be expected to demonstrate initiative, interest and loyalty, and to have a meticulous, conscientious approach to all aspects of your role. Their contribution will help ensure a reputation for efficiency, personalised care and clinical excellence is maintained by the practice.

Job Type: 1. Full-time 2. half time
Salary: starting from 30000 Up to €40,000.00 per year depending on experience shown in the trial period.
