About the Opportunity The Senior Medical Writer is responsible for providing research, writing, and editing expertise for medical communications initiatives. The Senior Medical Writer role requires experience in medical communications and publications with an understanding of complex science and varied therapeutic areas. Please note the following requirements for candidates applying for this position: Advanced Degree (PharmD, MD, PhD or MS) plus 3+ years of experience in medical writing within a medical communications agency. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience in editorial and publications processes and/or medical affairs. Please note: While this role may be performed remotely within the US or Canada, applicants must have appropriate work authorization - we are unable to sponsor work authorization or provide relocation support. Job Description Develop and deliver clear, factual, high-quality scientific content to clients while monitoring and meeting project budget and timing specifications. Thoroughly research content areas and maintain a high level of expertise within determined therapeutic areas. Effectively implement stakeholder edits and feedback into all deliverables. Identify project areas that will require input from additional team members and elicit this input as needed. Continuously meet Citrus Health Group editorial, publication, and ethical procedures.
