Medical Writer / Scientific Reviewer – MLR & Medical Communications | Mumbai | Contract to Hire We are hiring for a leading global MNC client based in Mumbai. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Medical Writers / Scientific Reviewers with strong exposure to Medical Communications, Promotional Material Review, MLR workflows, Scientific Content Review, and Regulatory/Compliance documentation. Job Type Contract to Hire (Payroll: 2COMS) Initial Contract Duration: 6 Months Work Location: Mumbai Work Mode: Work From Office Key Responsibilities Review and manage scientific, promotional, and medical communication content. Support MLR/PRC review workflows and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Perform annotation, referencing, and quality checks for medical and promotional materials. Work on slide decks, brochures, labels, newsletters, IVA content, and scientific documents. Conduct literature review, evidence synthesis, and reference validation. Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Regulatory, and cross-functional stakeholders. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and scientific integrity across deliverables. Support submission-ready documentation and promotional review processes. Requirements Required Skills Medical Writing / Scientific Writing Medical Communications Promotional Material Review MLR / PRC workflows Veeva Vault / PromoMats Reference Management (EndNote/Mendeley/Zotero) Literature Search (PubMed/Embase) Scientific Review & QC Medical Governance / Compliance Qualification M.Pharm / PharmD / MBBS / MD / MSc Life Sciences / Biotechnology / PhD Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is mandatory. Relevant experience in MLR/Medical Communications/Veeva is mandatory
