ABOUT YOU

You will have at least two years’ experience in a membership administration or similar role, including managing complex membership processes. Friendly and approachable, you will have excellent all-round administrative and customer service skills. You will have experience of using customer relationship management systems such as Microsoft Dynamics. You will be able to work in a team and collaborative environment, forming effective working relationships with a diverse range of staff, volunteers and stakeholders. Proactive and organised, you will be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a busy environment.
