Reports to: Regional Vice President
Job Purpose: DPL Financial Partners, LLC is searching for an experienced, seasoned Financial Sales Professional to serve as a Senior Membership Consultant. This individual will focus on growing the DPL membership within a specific AUM range by fostering relationships at the executive level and achieving buy-in for a firmwide rollout. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics, and superb interpersonal skills with a high level of self-awareness to source and sign new Members to the DPL platform.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Hit or exceed Monthly Sales Goals and daily contact goals and appointments
  • Prospect Financial Advisory firms for Membership Opportunities
  • Provide Dynamic Sales Presentations
  • Run on-boarding calls/meetings to ensure proper introduction to DPL team and services
  • Attend industry conferences to promote DPL
  • Maintain and monitor opportunities in Salesforce
  • Team player with excellent communication skills. Must be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; participates in meetings.
  • Qualifies potential customers; builds rapport and establishes trust; asks questions to discover client business needs; applies product and market knowledge effectively.
  • Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently; plans for additional resources; sets goals and objectives; organizes or schedules other people and their tasks; develops realistic action plans.
  • Maintain appropriate levels of outbound sales activities for prospecting and implementation
  • Travel Requirement 10%

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Competent in required job skills and knowledge; exhibits ability to learn and apply new skills; requires minimal supervision.
  • Implement strategic sales process for a dynamic sales approach to large RIA firms usually with multiple office locations
  • Proactively onboard and implement DPL within the firm to quickly lead to production
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, time management and leadership skills.
  • Documented computer skills.Variable and Life Insurance License Required; Health Insurance License a plus.

  • Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee will be required to sit or utilize standing desk while working on computer and talking on the phone for long periods of time.
