Description:
This role would be befitting for a candidate registered as a mental health nurse, occupational therapist or social worker that would then familiarise themselves and work in the Durham and Darlington Community Rehabilitation and Recovery Team. 18 months post qualifying experience including sign off of appropriate preceptorship or competency framework is essential.
